High Sheriff of Cambridgeshire Award 2023/2025
We are proud to share that we have received the High Sheriff of Cambridgeshire Award, recognising our work supporting the Cambourne community and surrounding areas.
The award was presented at Swanston Hall, Cambridge, alongside many inspiring organisations making a positive impact across the county. We are grateful for this recognition, which strengthens our commitment to continue serving our community with care and purpose.
Inequalities Challenge Prize 2023 Finalist
We are proud to share that we have been shortlisted as a finalist for the NHS Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Health Inequalities Challenge Prize 2023. This year’s theme is personalised caregiving, which closely reflects our mission to support senior members of our community through tailored care initiatives. It is an honour to be recognised alongside so many inspiring local projects working to reduce health inequalities.

Honoured as a Community Champion 2023 by No. 10 Downing Street in 2023, CamCare UK was recognised for outstanding dedication to strengthening communities, supporting local initiatives, and creating meaningful positive change.
STEM Initiative of the Year 2023
We are thrilled to share that we won the STEM Initiative of the Year Award at the Cambridge Independent Science and Technology Awards 2023.
What began in the kitchen of Dr Sujit Bhattacharya and Dr Shrobona Bhattacharya has grown into one of the UK’s largest STEM clubs. This award celebrates the passion, creativity, and dedication of our students, supported by our incredible coaches, parents, council, and sponsors. We are excited to keep inspiring the next generation through STEM.
Outstanding Youth Initiative Award - South Cambridgeshire District Council 2018
Dr Sujit Bhattacharya, mentor of the Cambridge Electronics and Robotics Club (CERC), received this award for exceptional dedication to strengthening youth STEM education in the community. Founded by Dr Bhattacharya and Cllr. Dr Shrobona Bhattacharya, CERC provides children aged 7 to 14 with accessible, high-quality digital skills training.
