There is something truly special about a community coming together over warm, freshly made pancakes. On 17 February 2026, from 12:00 to 15:00, this year’s Pancake Festival was a joyful reminder of that spirit. We made nearly 200 pancakes, flipping continuously as families, young people, and local residents gathered to enjoy the afternoon.

The Pancake Festival is about more than just food. It is a lively and welcoming celebration filled with games, laughter, and interactive activities for children and families. Children had great fun choosing and decorating their toppings, while parents and adults joined in the excitement with a classic spoon and egg race that brought plenty of smiles and friendly competition. The smell of pancakes on the griddle, the cheerful chatter, and the shared moments of fun created a warm and festive atmosphere that brought everyone closer together.

A special thank you to JPC Photography for beautifully capturing the highlights of the day.
